Policies and Key Decisions
Living in a community with 23 families requires significant planning, forethought, and agreement. Many decisions were made during the formation and construction process, and many more since that time.
The table below lists some of the key decisions we have made over time as a community. These decisions have been made through our consensus decision making process (included in the list of decisions). Most have withstood the test of time, although some have been revised.
We are in the process of compiling electronic versions of these documents - when we've got them, we'll put them up for viewing. In the interim, you can at least see the types of decisions we've made.
