Two full bedrooms; plus one additional small bedroom that's great as a child's room, guest room or study; plus one small room adjacent to upstairs bedroom for storage or study. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, living room and some storage. Lots of light. Prefer 1-2 year lease but will consider monthly rental. Approx. 1200 square feet. Rent: $1620/month. First, last, $500 deposit. Puget Ridge Cohousing is a beautiful place to live with many wonderful amenities. However, first and foremost your priority should be that of wishing to experience living in Cohousing as a lifestyle. Renters here are expected to fully commit to and fulfill the obligations of being a community member. If you have owned and maintained a home previously, you'll find living here requires about the same amount of time and effort. If you have always rented previously, Cohousing definitely requires more time and effort than you might be used to. The biggest rewards in living here come from contributing to and being in community with your neighbors. Renting is a great way to experience cohousing.
